The Executive Chairman Decorates Newly Promoted Lagos Neighbourhood Safety Corps Officers in Iru-Victoria Island LCDA
The Executive Chairman of Iru-Victoria Island LCDA, Hon. Aminat Oluwakemi Alabi (AOA), today decorated newly promoted officers of the Lagos Neighbourhood Safety Corps (LNSC) serving within the council area, in recognition of their dedication and commitment to public safety.
The promoted officers are:

Osuntokun Oluwaseun Daniel Promoted to Senior Neighbourhood Corps Superintendent (SNCS)

OgunjimiOriyomi Adekunle Promoted to Corps Superintendent Neighbourhood Assistant (CNCA)

Giwa Fatai Adekunle Promoted to Corps Superintendent Neighbourhood Assistant (CNCA)
The ceremony, held at the council secretariat, also featured a security update and situation report briefing delivered by PNCO Olowe Olanrewaju Jacob, Commanding Officer of LNSC in Iru-Victoria Island LCDA, highlighting ongoing community safety efforts and recent security developments.
Present at the event were Hon. Prince Murisiku Olatunji Ajasa, Vice Chairman of Iru-Victoria Island LCDA, and Hon. Joel Arowosegbe, Leader of the House, who both joined the Executive Chairman in performing the decoration.
Speaking at the ceremony, Hon. Alabi commended the officers for their professionalism and assured them of her administration's unwavering support for security agencies, in line with the Security pillar of her A.C.H.I.E.V.E.S framework. She emphasised the importance of collaboration between the LCDA and security operatives in ensuring a safe and peaceful environment for residents and businesses.
"Your promotion is not only a recognition of your past efforts but also a call to greater responsibility. We will continue to support you with the tools and cooperation you need to deliver on your duties, " she said.
The AOA administration reaffirms its commitment to prioritising safety, empowering security personnel, and fostering partnerships that protect lives and property within Iru-Victoria Island LCDA.
