As part of activities commemorating the first anniversary of her administration, the Executive Chairman of Iru-Victoria Island LCDA, Hon. Aminat Oluwakemi Alabi, on Friday, July 31, 2026, joined members of the Muslim community at the Muslim Community Workers Central Mosque, Victoria Island Annex, for a special Jumat thanksgiving.
The thanksgiving service was held to give thanks to Almighty Allah for His grace, guidance, and faithfulness throughout the administration's first 365 days in office.
The event served as a moment of reflection on the milestones recorded within the past year and featured prayers for continued peace, progress, and sustainable development across Iru-Victoria Island LCDA.
Hon. Alabi expressed appreciation to the Muslim community, religious leaders, residents, and stakeholders for their prayers, encouragement, and steadfast support. She reaffirmed her administration's commitment to delivering purposeful leadership anchored on integrity, humility, and dedication to service.
The Executive Chairman also prayed for Almighty Allah's continued wisdom, strength, and divine guidance as the administration advances its ACHIEVES Agenda and works towards greater development and prosperity for the people of Iru-Victoria Island LCDA.
