Hosting the Leadership of VIIRA

The Executive Chairman of Iru-Victoria Island LCDA, Hon. Aminat Oluwakemi Alabi (AOA), today received a delegation from the Victoria Island and Ikoyi Residents Association (VIIRA) led by its Executive Secretary, Mr. Abdul-Latif Muse, during a courtesy visit to her office.

Mr. Muse introduced the VIIRA team and conveyed the association’s goodwill, commending Hon. Alabi for her remarkable achievements, proactive leadership, and her administration’s commitment to community development.

The delegation also sought deeper collaboration with the council on critical issues affecting residents, including drainage management, environmental concerns, and community security.

In her response, Hon. Alabi appreciated the association’s visit and expressed her administration’s readiness to strengthen partnerships that promote inclusive governance across the LCDA. She reaffirmed that the concerns raised are aligned with her administration’s priorities and assured the delegates of continuous engagement to improve the quality of life for all residents.

The meeting ended with an exchange of pleasantries and a symbolic presentation of compliments between the Chairman and the VIIRA delegation.

Present at the meeting were the Vice Chairman, Hon. Prince Murisiku Ajasa, the Chief of Staff, Hon. Taofeek Afolabi and HOD Environmental Sanitarian Mayowa Aminu.
