The Executive Chairman of Iru–Victoria Island Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon. Aminat Oluwakemi Alabi, has held a strategic meeting with the Environmental Team ahead of the forthcoming Saturday sanitation exercise.
The meeting, facilitated through the Supervisor for Environment, Hon. Adetimi Durojaiye, and the Head of Department (HOD), Environmental Sanitation, Sanitarian Mayowa Aminu, provided an opportunity for the team to brief the Chairman on their preparedness and strategic plans for the exercise.
During the meeting, Hon. Alabi emphasized the importance of environmental cleanliness and public hygiene, reiterating the administration’s commitment to maintaining a clean and healthy environment across the LCDA. She also approved all necessary measures and resources required to ensure the success of the sanitation exercise.
In his remarks, Mr. Aminu assured that the Environmental Sanitation Team would be fully mobilized across the LCDA to implement the outlined strategies and ensure full compliance by residents.
