Earlier today, the Executive Chairman of Iru-Victoria Island LCDA Hon. Aminat Oluwakemi Alabi (AOA) hosted delegates of the Nigeria Youth Service Corps (NYSC) led
by the Local Government Inspector (LGI) Mr Gbenga Falana on a courtesy visit.
The interactive session was fruitful, with discussions focused around deepening community service, partnerships and promoting initiatives that will enhance the welfare of the community.
During the meeting, the local Government Inspector expressed his readiness through
the 4, 820 corps members deployed to Iru-Victoria Island LCDA, to visibly impact in the growth and development of the community with different groups among the corps members.
In their remarks, the corp members commended the council boss for her visible developmental strides and commitment to developments within the community.
Hon, Alabi warmly welcomed this gesture and applauded the corps members for
their selflessness to community service within Iru-Victoria Island LCDA.
